Introduction

  1. This refund policy (the “Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing refunds for website development services (the “Services”) provided by our website development agency (the “Agency”).

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
  • The client has made payment for the Services but has not received any work from the Agency within 30 days of the agreed-upon start date.
  • The client has made payment for the Services but has cancelled the project agreement within 14 days of the agreed-upon start date.
  • The client has identified a material defect or error in the completed website that the Agency is unable or unwilling to fix.

Refund Process

  1. If the client is eligible for a refund, the Agency will issue a refund of the fees paid for the Services within 14 days of the request for a refund. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment.
  2. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
  • The client has received any work from the Agency within 30 days of the agreed-upon start date.
  • The client has identified a defect or error in the completed website that the Agency is able and willing to fix.

Changes to the Policy

  1. The Agency reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time. The Agency will notify clients of any material changes to the Policy.
