  1. This cancellation and replacement policy (the “Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing the cancellation and replacement of website development services (the “Services”) provided by our website development agency (the “Agency”).

Cancellation of Services

  1. The client may cancel the project agreement with the Agency at any time prior to the completion of the Services. If the client cancels the project agreement after the start date of the Services, but before completion, the client will be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Replacement of Services

  1. If the client is not satisfied with the completed website, the client may request a replacement of the Services within 14 days of completion. The Agency will work with the client to identify the issues with the completed website and will make reasonable efforts to resolving those issues. If the issues cannot be resolved, the Agency will provide a replacement of the Services at no additional cost to the client.

Non-Eligibility for Replacement

  1. Replacement of the Services will not be provided in the following circumstances:
  • The client has made substantial changes to the completed website after delivery.
  • The client has identified issues with the completed website that are a result of the client’s actions or decisions.

Changes to the Policy

  1. The Agency reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time. The Agency will notify clients of any material changes to the Policy.
