Delivery of Services

  1. Upon receipt of full payment for the Services, the Agency will begin development of the website in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and timeline. The Agency will provide regular updates to the client on the progress of the development and will notify the client when the website is complete.

Payment Confirmation

  1. The Client will receive the payment confirmation by SMS/E-mail in 2-3 business days. Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered Client. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Please Note: will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of INDIA.

Shipping of Deliverables

  1. If the Client has purchased additional deliverables, such as a logo design or content creation services, the Agency will provide these deliverables to the Client via email or other digital delivery methods, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Shipping Fees

  1. There are no shipping fees associated with the delivery of the Services or deliverables, as they will be delivered digitally.

Delivery Timeframes

  1. The delivery timeframe for the Services will be specified in the project agreement between the Agency and the client. The delivery of additional deliverables will be completed as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.

International Shipping

  1. As the Services and deliverables are delivered digitally, there are no restrictions on international shipping.


  1. If the Agency is unable to deliver the Services or deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe, the client will be notified and may choose to terminate the project agreement and receive a full refund of any fees paid.

Refunds and Returns

  1. As the Services and deliverables are delivered digitally, there are no refunds or returns available.

  1. The Agency reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time. Therefore you are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
