Introduction
- This refund policy (the “Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing refunds for website development services (the “Services”) provided by our website development agency (the “Agency”).
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- The client has made payment for the Services but has not received any work from the Agency within 30 days of the agreed-upon start date.
- The client has made payment for the Services but has cancelled the project agreement within 14 days of the agreed-upon start date.
- The client has identified a material defect or error in the completed website that the Agency is unable or unwilling to fix.
Refund Process
- If the client is eligible for a refund, the Agency will issue a refund of the fees paid for the Services within 14 days of the request for a refund. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The client has received any work from the Agency within 30 days of the agreed-upon start date.
- The client has identified a defect or error in the completed website that the Agency is able and willing to fix.
Changes to the Policy
- The Agency reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time. The Agency will notify clients of any material changes to the Policy.
